Greetings. This is Haewoojae.

Haewoojae is a toilet culture exhibition space in Suwon that opened in 2010.

The end of November 2014 marks the completion of the Haewoojae Cultural Center, an even larger space offering exhibitions as well as educational and experiential facilities, located opposite from the current site of Haewoojae.

Haewoojae is now accepting donations of toilet-related artifacts and items.

We are also planning a special exhibition of the donated items in the world's only museum shaped like a toilet.

Once considered a mere nuisance, the toilet has become a cultural icon and is the focus of this toilet exhibition space. With your strong interest and support, Haewoojae will be reborn as the Haewoojae Museum, the only place in the world where one can truly experience toilet culture.

Since opening in 2010, we have received over 300,000 visitors from Korea and abroad.

Your donations and contributions will be instrumental in helping us establish Korea as the mecca of toilet culture.
